Sea Village Resort, on Hawaii's famous Kailua-Kona Coast, offers the perfect vacation rental condo for your Hawaiian getaway.

Sea Village is one of the few true oceanfront complexes on Alii Drive - it sits on the "ocean side" of the street as opposed to across the street from the ocean.

Since Kona is located on the leeward side of the island you stand a very good chance of experiencing nice weather on your visit. If it is cloudy, a quick trip to the beaches of South Kohala will usually insure a sunny day!


Unit 4313 is located in building four out on the end of the peninsula. This means road noise is non-existent and privacy is maximized. We are at the very western edge of the complex - the closest apartment to the ocean and those Kona sunsets!

The pristine water makes for world class diving and snorkeling as well. No trip to Kona is complete without a snorkel trip to one of the great places on the Kona - Kohala Coast. Our favorite is known as the "Place of Refuge", or Hounaunau Bay.

The Big Island is our favorite of all the Hawaiian Islands. It offers a diverse climate and geography unique to the Islands.


The views from the lanai offer an unbelievable panorama of those famous Kona sunsets as you watch the lights of Kailua-Kona twinkling across Kailua Bay each evening.

From the lanai you can enjoy breakfast with the sunrise or a Mai Tai with the sunset without having the distractions of seeing or hearing any of your neighbors - a truly unique condo experience!

You may have to "put up with" the spinner dolphins playing in the blue waters of Kailua Bay just off shore from Sea Village though!
